关于第十五届世界继续工程教育大会论文征集活动的通知
各市(州)、长白山管委会、梅河口市、公主岭市人力资源和社会保障局，继续教育基地、吉林省继续工程教育协会理事及会员单位：
按照国家人社部、中国继续工程教育协会（以下简称“国家协会”）《关于第十五届世界继续工程教育大会征文的通知》（中继协函〔2015〕9号）文件，国际继续工程教育协会将于2016年5月17日至20日在葡萄牙波尔图市召开第15次世界继续工程教育大会，为做好论文征集工作和第五届继续教育论文评选活动，现将有关事宜通知如下：

三、会议征文主题
（一）专业技术人员继续教育的当前形势
（二）专业技术人员继续教育的最佳实践
（三）专业技术人员继续教育的未来发展
四、征文提交及使用
国际协会将根据论文摘要内容选择宣读论文和大会展板展示的论文。征文摘要入选后，将通知作者提交征文全文。入选征文将汇编成大会论文集（光盘），并在国际协会网站发布；入选优秀征文中文稿将会商作者同意后，推荐到《中国人才》、《继续教育》等专业杂志发表，载入国家继续教育公共服务平台资料库。征集论文应具有较强的专业特色和学术或实践意义，注意理论联系实际。提交的摘要须注明中英文的论文标题、作者姓名、工作单位、职务职称、联系电话及电子邮箱。中文摘要不超过300字，标题为宋体小2号字加黑，摘要内容为楷体3号字，1倍行距。英文摘要100至150个单词，不超过1页A4纸，1倍行距，2.5厘米页边距，字体为Times New Roman,标题为14号字加黑，内容为12号字。
欢迎各单位、协会会员，继续教育专家及同行积极参与，提交论文。参加此次大会征文的同志，请于10月14日前将征文中英文标题及摘要报送吉林省继续工程教育协会，由我会统一向大会秘书处提交。2016年第15次世界继续工程教育大会后续情况的通知，将陆续在我会网站及国家继续教育公共服务平台公告栏发布，请注意查看。

中、英文摘要提交截止日期：2015年10月14日。

The titleshouldbeconcise and informative. Do not use all capital letters for the entire title. Capital letters should only used for the first letter of key words. The font size should be Times New Roman, 14 points, Centered and Bold.
Leave a 12 point space between the title and author names. Present the author’s affiliation addresses below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the country name for each affiliation if it is not obvious. Full postal address is not required.
The family name of all authors should be in capital letters, eg David SMITH, K.S. Lee, DavidTAN, Hiroshi GOSHIMA. Clearly underline the Corresponding Author, eg David SMITH. Please provide the email and telephone (with country and area code) for the Corresponding Author.
Leave a 12 point space between the title and author names. A concise and factual abstract is required (no more 1-page). The abstract should state briefly the purpose and objective. Use single line spacing and wide (2.5 cm) margins. The font size should be Times New Roman, 12 points. Your abstract should be written on A4 size paper.
